How Eden Valley Bathrooms & Plumbing uses the details you give us. Last updated March 2026.
Who we are
Mark Henderson trading as Eden Valley Bathrooms & Plumbing, Unit 4 Kingstown Broadway, Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle, CA3 0HA. Questions about your details: mark@edenvalleybathrooms.co.uk or 01228 587 745.
What we collect
When you ring us or use a form on this site, we keep your name, phone number, postcode, the job you need and any notes you add. If Mark is on site and cannot answer immediately, your postcode and job details are logged and texted straight to Mark.
Why we use it
To call you back, arrange your survey, send your written quote and carry out the work you ask for, and to keep the job records and warranty paperwork that go with it. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Mark and the team, plus the companies that run our phone, website and accounts systems, only so they can provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted once they’re no longer needed. Job and warranty records are kept for as long as the warranty and our accounting obligations need them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email or ring us and we’ll sort it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
