A shower leak usually starts behind the tiles, so we tank first, test it, then tile. Six things we never skip.
- Walls that can't go softWaterproof boards behind every shower (Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD), never ordinary plasterboard that softens when it gets wet.
- A 100% waterproof layerA Schlüter-KERDI membrane across the floor and up the walls, every seam sealed. We flood it for 24 hours and check the ceiling below before a single tile goes down.

How long does a full bathroom refit take?
7 to 10 working days from strip-out to silicone seal.
Do I need to hire a skip?
No. We bag and remove all old baths, tiles and rubble ourselves, usually the same day it comes out.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. After a free survey you get an itemised written quote. Prices include labour, materials and waste removal, and the price on the quote is the price you pay.
What's the difference between the 5-year and 10-year warranties?
The 5-year workmanship warranty covers our labour and every joint we make. The 10-year Schlüter tanking warranty covers the waterproofing system behind your tiles, and comes with every Schlüter-tanked wetroom and shower zone.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There's no separate call-out fee. Leaks are a £95 fixed diagnosis at the same price 7 days a week, 8am–8pm, and the repair price is confirmed before any further work.
